Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your item.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached
In original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact us at Destydesty06@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first receiving authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Refund Options Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will be notified of approval or rejection. If approved, you may choose:

Store credit for future purchases

Exchanges We offer direct exchanges. Contact us at Destydesty06@yahoo.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for, and we'll guide you through the process.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Destydesty06@yahoo.com so we can resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items — Final Sale The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Books (all titles)
Sale items and gift cards
Custom or personalized products
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Personal care or beauty products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
EU Customers EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. This is covered under our standard 30-day return window.
