1. Order Processing Time
Processing times vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner. Most orders are processed within 1–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Products fulfilled through print-on-demand partners may require additional production time of 3–7 business days before shipment.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier, destination, and external factors such as holidays or weather disruptions.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically or via a discount code.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped to Canada and the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
MarieDestine-Msrise LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Destydestined88@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Destydestined88@gmail.com — we will do our best to make corrections before the order ships.
